	Kenny Gravitt CEO Kenny Gravitt began his career in the electronics industry in 1974 working in warehouse distribution for IBM.  During his tenure at IBM, Kenny designed the Lexmark Trade In Program, allowing customers a range of new opportunities for switching from other branded hardware to Lexmark printers. After over 30 years at Lexmark/IBM, Kenny retired as a senior electronics purchasing agent. Kenny's extensive knowledge of downstream diligence, data security and environmental sustainability carried him through until his retirement from IBM in 2006.  In 2008, Kenny founded Global Environmental Services and watched this company grow substantially in just a few short years.
	Kent Landry, COO Kent Landry is the Chief Operating Officer of Global Environmental Services (GES).  Prior to orchestrating the merger of Digital Controls’ Managed Print Group into GES, Kent was responsible for establishing the Managed Print Group division - growing it to a position as a leading, vendor-agnostic provider of Managed Print Services solutions. Prior to joining GES, Kent was Director, Managed Print Services with Dell Inc. Before taking his 20 years of industry experience to Dell, Kent was a key member of the Lexmark leadership team that established and grew Lexmark’s Managed Print Services business. Kent holds a B.S. Finance/Management Science from Wright State University in Dayton.
	Brendan O'Byrne, VP Supply Chain Brendan O’Byrne is the VP of Supply Chain of Global Environmental Services (GES). His organization is responsible for determining the possibilities of secondary market values for our supply clients straight through to the execution of sales into multiple secondary market sales channels. With over 20 years of experience, Brendan has spent his entire career in the IT Asset Disposition Industry. He has significant experience working with large supply chains from Major OEM’s, National Retailers, National Leasing Companies and Fortune 500 Companies. Brendan has extensive knowledge of secondary marketing sales channels such as telemarketing, internet, retail, broker, distribution and international sales. Over his career he has bought and sold millions of dollars of retired IT Assets.
	Joel Vedder, VP Client Services Joel Vedder is the Vice President of Client Services for GES Print Solutions and is responsible for the ongoing management of managed print services engagements. Joel’s staff at GES are members of the governance bodies responsible for each client relationship including program management, service delivery, and performance. Joel began his career in the technology industry as a Product Manager with Pioneer Standard in Dayton, Ohio. He joined Digital Controls Corporation in 1986, where he held advancing printing and output related positions in field sales, product management and marketing. Joel joined the Digital Controls executive team in 1999 as Vice President of Marketing. Joel’s 23 years of extensive experience across all aspects of the business prepared him for the newly created position of Vice President of Client Services in 2009. Joel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing Degree from the University of Cincinnati.
